Preparation:
1. Mix garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper in a bowl, add the prawns and mix so that the sauce completely covers them.
2. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a wok or pan, add a portion of the prawns so that they cover the bottom and fry on high heat until they become crispy and take on a golden-brown color. Repeat the process until you have fried all the prawns.
Ingredients:
750 g of cleaned prawn tails, 8 cloves of chopped garlic, 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of oyster sauce, 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper, vegetable oil for frying.
