Preparation:
1. Boil 10 minutes tapioca pearls in hot water until they become transparent, rinse with cold water and drain.
2. Heat the coconut milk (do not boil), mix in salt and sugar, add the tapioca beads and mix everything together well.
TIP: You can enrich the dessert with fruit of your choice (ripe mango, strawberries, etc.).
